Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and unmounted — tires must never have been installed on a rim or driven on
- In original packaging with all labels and stickers intact
- Free of dirt, grease, or damage
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Tires that have been mounted, installed, or driven on
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items damaged due to improper storage, handling, or installation
- Special-order or custom items (if applicable)
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@northtires.ca with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This is the fastest way to get the correct product.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@northtires.ca. We will arrange a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no additional charge.
