Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we make returns and exchanges straightforward and hassle-free.

Return & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: April 2026

NorthTires accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. All return requests must be submitted through our website or by contacting us directly within this timeframe.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with no damage
- Submitted within 14 days of the delivery date

Tires that have been mounted, installed, or used in any way are not eligible for return.

Important: We strongly encourage customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery and verify correct sizing before mounting or installation. Once tires are mounted or installed, they cannot be returned.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee is applied to all approved returns. This fee is deducted from your refund amount.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — NorthTires is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.

Need a Different Size or Product?

If you need a different size or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund (subject to the policy above) and placing a new order. This is the fastest way to get the correct product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. In such cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label and process a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, as required under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

How to Request a Return

1. Email sales@northtires.ca within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
3. Once approved, ship the item(s) by mail to the address provided
4. Include your order number inside the package

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee.
