Free Shipping on All Orders
We offer free standard shipping on every order to any address within Canada — no minimum order required. We do not currently ship to the United States or internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by province and are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
- Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 business days
- British Columbia & Alberta: 3–5 business days
- Manitoba & Saskatchewan: 3–5 business days
- Atlantic Provinces (NB, NS, PEI, NL): 4–7 business days
- Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU): 7–14 business days
Carriers
We ship via reputable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post. The carrier is selected based on your location and order size to ensure the best delivery experience.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on our website at the "Track Your Order" page, or on the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date at info@northtires.ca. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. NorthTires is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order is placed may not be possible once the shipment is dispatched.
