2. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time. Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
- Tire specifications (size, load rating, speed rating) are the responsibility of the buyer to verify for their vehicle
- We are not responsible for fitment errors resulting from incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer
- Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from actual products
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed at the time of order placement through our secure payment gateway.

4. Shipping

5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Tires must be unused, unmounted, and in original packaging. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for complete details.
6. Warranty
Tires sold through NorthTires are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. NorthTires does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
NorthTires shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
We are not responsible for vehicle damage resulting from improper installation of tires. We strongly recommend having tires installed by a certified tire technician.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
